Seri VDU dari Genertec Dalian Machining Tool (DMTG) dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemesinan kompleks dengan akurasi lima sumbu yang luar biasa. Mesin ini menggabungkan teknologi canggih, kekakuan struktural tinggi, serta kontrol CNC modern untuk menghasilkan efisiensi dan presisi maksimal dalam setiap proses kerja.

Keunggulan Utama

  • Lima sumbu simultan (A/C Axis) untuk pemesinan bentuk kompleks dalam satu set-up.

  • Presisi tinggi dengan sistem pemandu linear (Linear Roller Guideway) dan ball screw akurat.

  • Spindle Direct Drive dengan kecepatan hingga 12.000 rpm (opsional 15.000 rpm) dan torsi 44 Nm.

  • ATC 20T berkecepatan tinggi, mendukung tool shank HSK-A63.

  • Kontrol CNC Siemens SINUMERIK ONE, menjamin kinerja stabil, akurat, dan mudah dioperasikan.

  • Konstruksi mesin kokoh dengan bobot hingga 15.000 kg untuk mengurangi getaran dan meningkatkan stabilitas.
